THEATRICAL LEARNING CENTER
We are excited to announce that the Vero Beach Theatre Guild is opening a performing arts school this summer called the Theatrical Learning Center or the TLC.
The purpose of the Theatrical Learning Center is to create well-rounded, kind, and informed artists in the dynamic world of theatre. If you are 3rd grade - 9th grade and want to explore acting, stage production, the art of make-up and costumes and more - please apply below!

Under the direction of Michael Naffziger
Michael D. Naffziger (Master Class Instructor) is a TONY nominated theatre educator and director. He has been an actor, director, and producer of theatre for over a decade.
Before becoming the Theatre Director at Indian River Charter High School, Michael was the producer for the D-Gallery Theatre in Los Angeles, while performing with The Redlands Civic-Light Opera.
At Indian River Charter High School, several of Michael’s productions have received the title of “Florida Thespian Mainstage '' and have been invited to perform in professional theatres (The STRAZ Center for the Performing Arts and The Tampa Theatre).
Some of his latest productions include Lord of the Flies, The Fantasticks, Camelot, To Kill A Mockingbird, Jekyll and Hyde, and CATS. Michael is the owner of the lighting company East Coast Encore, and the Vice President of The Vero Beach Theatre Guild. Michael lives in Vero Beach with his incredibly supportive wife, Lindsay, and his two amazing children, Alyzsa Love (16) and Jagger Dones (13).

$300 per student
Includes daily lunch and snack, TLC T-Shirt, participation in the production of Aladdin Jr.
HOW TO APPLY
Welcome, we're so glad you are considering joining the TLC Program!
There are 50 spots available, and 10 scholarship spots. First come, first serve.
In order to reserve your spot, you need to complete the application, AND make your payment. Spots will not be reserved until both are received.
You can either complete both online, OR deliver your application and payment in person to our Box Office at 2020 San Juan Ave. Vero Beach.

PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY 5PM ON MAY 19TH, 2023. An email confirmation with a link to payment will be sent after application submission.
