Most musical theatre auditions call for 16 bars of music and a short monologue. This class is to help the actor not only master their audition music, but prepare the audition as a whole. Students who take this class should come with sheet music (in the correct key) and a prepared (memorized) one minute monologue from a musical. Students will learn how to select the bars of music from their selected song, how to approach the accompanist, and how to slate, creating a stellar musical theatre audition. Pianist provided. Cost is $50
