Subscriber Exchange Policy
If you're a subscriber, we'll be happy to exchange your tickets for a more convenient date if seats are available. We'll even exchange them up to 24 hrs before the show. Of course, we're not able to make exchanges on tickets after the performance date, nor can tickets be exchanged from one play to another. There are no cash refunds.

Ticket Policies
Ticket requests are handled on a first-come-first-served basis. Current and former Guild Subscribers receive early notification for renewing their Subscriptions. Order early to retain your preferred seating. To sit with friends, please request all tickets at the same time.

We try to accommodate your seat selection requests. All ticket requests will be processed in the order of date received. The Vero Beach Theatre Guild reserves the right to make substitutions in the play schedule should it become necessary.
